God I wish society put as much emphasis on platonic love as it does on romantic/sexual love.
Having a squish on someone is just as big of a deal as having a crush on someone. Getting rejected by a friend or QP is fucking painful. You can be madly in love with someone without it being at all romantic or sexual.
